Privacy

Deepestate stores the property details you enter, the resulting report, your IP address (to limit free reports), and a browser cookie that identifies your free-report count and, if you subscribe, your subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe; card details never reach us. Stripe shares your email and subscription status with us.

The computed figures (not your address) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write the report summary. Nothing is sold or shared otherwise. Reports are reachable only through their private, unguessable link.

To have your data deleted, reply to any Stripe receipt email.
